Conditions of Hire

 The company shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused to any person, property, animal or things whatsoever, arising from the carriage, use or handling in any way of the goods hereby hired even though such a loss may result from negligence of the Company, its carriers, or agents, and the customers will indemnify the Company in respect of any claims for such loss or damage.

All prices are for one hire unless notified.
A daily rate will be charged on all items returned after the specified date.

All articles should be returned clean and dry, otherwise additional charges will apply.

The customer is responsible for the goods hired from the time of their leaving the Company's premises until their subsequent return. All damages and shortages occurring during that period will mean that the Customer incurs additional costs.
Delivery & Labour charges are additional. Please check all goods upon delivery for number and condition. The Company accepts no responsibility unless notified within 24 hours of delivery. The Customer acknowledges receipt of goods listed on invoice, and agrees to the conditions specified hereupon.

Damage waiver is included to cover accidental damage and wear and tear. It does not cover goods stolen or not returned for whatever reason and willful or unreasonable levels of damage will be charged for.
