Major Event Delivery

We deliver furniture, premium hospitality environments and temporary structures for some of Australia’s most recognised events, including the Australian Open, Australian Grand Prix, AFL Gather round and Final series, and VRC Spring Racing Carnival.

Our sales, creative, operations and warehouse teams work as one, managing planning, logistics, installation and dismantling to deliver complex, large-scale events seamlessly from bump-in to bump-out.

We shape elevated event concepts guided by your vision and brand, bringing them to life through mood boards, curated furniture selection, floor plans and 3D renders. Every piece in our collection is designed in-house and exclusive to Dann Event Hire, so your event has an aesthetic you won’t find anywhere else.

Design & Build

Some ideas don’t exist yet, so we build them. From intimate gatherings to large-scale events, our design and production team brings your concept to life. Feature structures, custom bars, brand activations, installations, exhibition stands, signage and wall decals are all imagined in the studio, crafted in our workshop and delivered on site.
