Our third and final edition of the ‘Winter Catering Series’ leaves us wishing Winter is to remain. We had the pleasure of collaborating with
Peter Rowland – industry stalwarts since 1962. The brief was simple; a Winters afternoon by the coast. Hearty food to keep you warm by the wild and often untamed ocean. Sea blues, moody greys with and ode to the waves’ and their white caps; these colours set the tone for an eclectic, salty-aired afternoon by the water. Introducing our new Isla serving ware range allowed for organic, free-spirited styling perfectly enhanced by Event Art’s most incredible soft frayed table runners and bespoke linen napkins. Group Executive Chef Matthew Haigh has provided insight into his ideal Winter menu and how he ensures Peter Rowland remains a prominent player within the catering world. Be sure to admire or replicate his Braised Oyster Blade with recipe provided.
(Look closely, you’ll discover the most intricate of coral-inspired food displays to grace our plates! Stunning details.)
